1. Consider and Act on Conveyance of Rights in Land as requested by DOT/ Mercier easement.

2. Consider and Act on Rezoning request by Matt Wade/Pro Health Care, Inc.

3. Consider and Act on CSM for HWLH, LLP.

4. Consider and Act on CSM for Brooks and Morris Farms.

5. Consider and Act on the claim for damages made by Uebelacker.

6. Consider and Act on Assessment and User Fee reduction for Act II/Pat Eliott.

7. Present and Discuss the Oconomowoc Soccer Club’s plans for soccer fields and possible partnership with Town.

8. Consider and Act to approve of 2003 contract with City of Oconomowoc Fire Dept.

17.Adjourn into closed session Pursuant to ss 19.85 (1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility (promotion- sergeant).

18.Reconvene into open session for possible action on subject matter of closed session.
