1. Consider and Act on the purchase of equipment for chemical feed systems at the West Lake Drive STH “16” Pump Stations from U. S. Filter.

2. Consider and Act on the authorization of the installation of the chemical feed systems at the West Lake Drive STH”16” Pump Stations by Hogen Electric.

3. Consider and Act on Ordinance amending ss. 1.15 of the General Code of Ordinances relating to Plan Commission compensation.

4. Consider and Act on Resolution establishing compensation for Plan Commissioners.

5. Consider and Act on 2003 Ambulance Service Contract from the City of Oconomowoc.

6. Consider and Act on Resolution Amending 2002 Budget.

Adjourn into closed session Pursuant to ss. 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is likely to become involved, specifically the pending Higgins lawsuit.

18. Reconvene into open session for possible action on subject of closed session.
