1.      Consider and Act on 2003 license for ONYX Waste Services Midwest, Inc. (formerly Superior).

2.      Consider and Act on payment #4 to Hoffman Construction for Okauchee Renovation Project.

3.      Consider and Act on change order(s) for Hoffman Construction/Okauchee project.

4.      Consider and Act on CDBG Block Grant for Accessible Playground Upgrades for FY 2003.

5.      Consider and Act on agreement to purchase Elm Avenue extension.

6.      Supervisor Reports – Baade-report & discussion of proposed shoreland zoning changes; Discuss possibility of doing our own zoning codes;

7.      Chairman St. Thomas – Appointments –all appointments including plan commissioner and weed commissioner; Schedule workshop for bike paths, etc; Informational meeting-Lake Drive Bridge.

Adjourn into closed session Pursuant to ss. 19.85 (1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility (Police Chief & Clerk/Treasurer) and ss. 19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
