1. Consider and Act on Resolution and Agreement Modifying the Agreement for the Treatment of Wastewater between the City and the Town.

2. Consider and Confirm agreement with WE Energies to construct and maintain facilities in downtown Okauchee.

3. Consider and Act on contract with Crack Filling Service Corp. for spot and crack sealing on Town roads.

4. Consider and Act to adopt the established road right-of-way width map, incorporating one or two minor changes.

5. Consider Mill Street Bridge reconstruction for 2004.

6. Consider and Act on changing Board Meeting time for the summer months.

8. Chairman St. Thomas – Okauchee dedication; additional Okauchee reconstruction project expenses.
