  1. Consider and act on Resolution regarding the use of the Statewide Voter Registration System.

NEW BUSINESS     

  1. Consider and act on Town road standards for acceptance of Road J.
  2. Consider and act on request from Dale Nolder for elimination of mill tax on the portion of the road that fronts his home.
  3. Discussion on mill tax on Road J.
  4. Consider and act on amendment to the Jurisdictional Transfer Agreement #198 between Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the Town of Oconomowoc.
  5. Discussion on sidewalks and lighting for Hwy 67.
  6. Consider and act on Town’s easement on Tamarack Court in McMahon Ponds Subdivision.
  7. Consider and act on additional lands for Monterey Park-Weide property.
  8. Consider and act on parklands in River Hills at Monterey Subdivision being either Town or private.
  9. Discussion on request by Steve Williams for abandonment of drainage easement.
  10. Consider and act on connection of the Town’s Park View with the City’s Park View streets
  11. Consider and act on bond reduction request for Bay Pointe Condos.
  12. Consider and act on setting a public hearing date for the request of vacation of Marquette Street, north of the river.
