Board will enter, by roll call vote, into Closed Session, pursuant to State
Statute 19.82 to engage in Union negotiations.
The
Town Board will not reconvene into open session to act on the subject matter of
the closed session.

meeting of the Town Board to gather information. The only action to be taken at the above
noticed meeting will be actions by the Town Board.
