  1. Consider and act on approval of Employee Benefit Corporations’ administrative fee for the continuation of the Flex Plan.

  1. Consider and act on setting meeting date to replace the regular Town Board meeting of Jan. 1, 2007 due to the holiday.
  2. Consider and act on contract for fire service with the Town of Ashippun Fire Department.
  3. Consider and act on contract for fire service with the City of Oconomowoc Fire Department.
  4. Consider and act on contract for ambulance service with the City of Oconomowoc Fire Department.

The Board will enter, by roll call vote, into Closed Session, pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1)(c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and pursuant to State Statute 19.82 to engage in Union negotiations.
