1.        Consider and act vacating the road shown on Hinkel’s Park Subdivision Plat No. 2, which road runs parallel with and between Gietzen Dr and the Tearney Bay channel and across Lots 1 through 4 of Hinkel’s Park Subdivision Plat No. 2.

  1. Consider and act on Certified Survey Map for Kent Johnson & Elizabeth Hintz – Wisconsin Avenue.
  2. Consider and act on Town Resolution for the Compliance Maintenance Annual Report for storm water to the DNR.
