Board of Supervisors – Special Board Meeting – Road J
June 9, 2008
Call to Order/Pledge of
Allegiance:
Chairman Hultquist called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance. Present were Chairman Hultquist, Supervisors John Roelandts, Janis Husak, and John Koepke. Also present were Town Attorney William Chapman, Administrator/Planner Jeff Herrmann, and Clerk/Treasurer Terry Leaman. Supervisor Brian Wiemer was absent and excused.
There were 3 people in attendance.

A motion was made by Supervisor
Roelandts to adopt the resolution accepting Road J and
Supervisor Koepke commented that the Town has not budgeted for more roads, but the residents deserve a road that meets some basic standards.
Supervisor Roelandts mentioned that this is something the Town has been working on for years. It looks now like it will be resolved.
The motion carried unanimously.
Payne & Dolan time line for construction is open. They would like to begin in dryer weather, possibly late July into August.
A motion was made by Supervisor
Koepke to adopt the Resolution for construction and paving of Road J and
A motion was made by Supervisor Roelandts to adopt the preliminary resolution declaring intent to special assess for the Road J and Oakdale Road public improvements. The motion was seconded by Supervisor Husak.
A question was raised regarding the
Heinrich property. It has a Road J address but the house and garage face
The motion carried unanimously.
A motion was made by Supervisor Roelandts to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Supervisor Husak. The motion carried unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:40 a.m.
